Lieberthal enjoyed a fine day at the plate. He doubled scoring two baserunners in the 5th inning, doubled in the 7th inning and doubled with all three runners coming home in the 8th inning. Tombstone totaled 16 on the afternoon. Silva(13-5) allowed 1 run on the game. Cliff Lee(1-6) was tagged with the loss. He was unable to control the Tombstone offense and allowed 10 hits and 2 walks in 4 and 2/3 innings.
